Wastech adds Tieman Tail Lifts to acquisition

Recycling equipment supplier Waste acquires Tieman's National Service business
Wastech has completed an agreement to buy the Tieman Tail Lift business, a week after the Tieman Service business acquisition.

The National Service and Tail Lift businesses will run under the Wastech Field Service umbrella. They will retain the existing Tieman Service staff, technicians, national fleet and the Tail Lift sales team.

According to Wastech CEO, Brett Jones, the Hallam-based company expects the acquisition to provide “further enhancement of our customer service experience through the combination of the established Wastech Service Fleet and the Tieman Service business”.

Wastech is reportedly planning a review of the Tail Lift product range “to cater for the changing demands of the customer”.
