The Australian Organics Recycling Association (AORA) Annual Conference returns to Melbourne from 22 to 24 April 2026 at the Pullman Albert Park.
The AORA Annual Conference has become the preeminent organics recycling conference in Australia, attracting more than 300 delegates and an impressive array of sponsors and suppliers showcasing goods and services through an interactive trade display and demonstration day.
The 2026 Annual Conference will shine a spotlight on the essential role compost plays in regenerating Australia’s soils, closing the loop on organics, and securing a sustainable future for generations to come.
Through the theme “Compost for Life. Saving Our Soils”, it will explore how organic recycling can strengthen Australia’s agricultural productivity, environmental performance, and resource resilience.
Presentations will inspire practical solutions, foster collaboration, and showcase how compost delivers value from community-scale to commercial-scale applications.
AORA invites researchers, processors, consultants, policymakers, educators, and innovators from across the recycled organics industry to share their insights, innovations, research, and success stories and contribute to a national conversation on soil health, the circular economy, and the organics recycling industry.
Submissions close on Friday, 19 December 2025 and can be made via the website: www.aoraconference.com.au/program/call-for-proposals-2026/.
