The Bergmann RP7700 Roll Packer is designed to revolutionise the way bulky waste is managed in industrial and commercial settings.
Part of the Vertech range, the roll packer crushes and compacts oversized materials directly inside skip bins, reducing the frequency of bin pickups and, consequently, transport costs.
Available in single bay, multi-bay and mobile models, the core of the RP7700’s efficiency lies in its heavy-duty rolling drum, which continuously crushes waste layer by layer, allowing for a much higher density of materials such as cardboard, paper, plastics, pallets, and timber.
Customers using the roll packer have achieved a compaction ratio of up to five to one for timber. Each roller weighs 1.2 tonnes and includes a self-contained motor and hydraulic gearbox.
An electric model, the RP7700-E, is also available, offering a sustainable alternative with up to 68 per cent lower electricity consumption.
Beyond its robust design, the RP7700 is built for ease of use and offers several customisable options, including a drum cleaning comb and configurations for larger containers. Protective cages prevent access to moving parts, making them safe for busy operational sites.
