Description

TMKs latest product is a tree shear that can be used even with smaller excavators or forest loaders.
Fitted on an excavator, the TMK 150 weighs just 75 kg without the bracket, and with a hanging linkage designed for forestry cranes 120 kg without the rotator.
The TMK 150 is an extremely efficient way to use even smaller excavators for energy wood logging, clearing paddock edges or cleaning up around a yard.

Cutting capacity: 150mm diameter
Recommended hydraulic pressure: 180 Bar
Hydraulic flow: 40-100L/minute

TMK base plates are sharpened to act as cutting blades, and manufactured from Hardox 500 steel. This ensures that the blade withstands wearing and torsion. Their exceptional design allows TMK shears to have thinner blades than competitors. This thinner blade sinks in to the trees easier and a v-shaped home base holds the trees firmly.

Head brackets are welded onto bolt-on plates, which makes it possible to change the brackets quickly. This enables the same shear to be used with multiple different machines.
One blank bolt-on fitting plate is included with the shear. We can supply custom fabricated lugging to suit your existing quick coupler for a small additional cost.

When fitted to a forest machine (forwarder or forestry loading crane), the shear can be equipped with a hanging linkage (H-series) that can be attached directly to the cranes rotator. The linkage can be pressure-controlled or radio-controlled.
