Terex Ecotec has called its TDS V20 Medium Speed Shredder a revolution in mobile shredding due to its functional design and versatility.
The twin shaft shredder’s chamber was developed in partnership with industrial machinery manufacturer Vecoplan specifically for the mobile industry. It benefits from independent hydrostatic drive and a product sizing screen.
The TDS V20 screen system is available in different sizes and comes complete with an intelligent protection system, allowing a desired particle size to be produced while still being able to cope with foreign objects.
The shredder’s ability to produce a consistent and controlled product in a single pass saves operators both time and fuel. Additionally, its versatility means it can be used as a primary or secondary shredder depending on the application. With a user-friendly control interface and pre-installed shredding programs, the TDS V20 excels at processing challenging materials including waste wood, green waste, domestic waste, and industrial waste.
The shredder is especially well-suited for the efficient production of Solid Recovered Fuel.
