Nominations are now open for the 2022 Waste Innovation and Recycling Awards.
A chance to recognise the best in waste and resource recovery, this year’s awards will be held in partnership and during Waste Expo Australia.
New projects, technology and people have driven innovation in the past 12 months as Australia strives to reach national waste targets. Now’s the time to acknowledge a recent success or leader within your company.
Award categories include Outstanding WARR project: Regional – sponsored by Tyre Stewardship Australia; Operational excellence; Innovation Award – sponsored by ResourceCo; Outstanding Facility Award; Young Professional of the Year – sponsored by Remondis Australia; Woman of Waste – sponsored by Metropolitan Waste and Resource Recovery Group; Community Engagement Success of the Year – sponsored by Visy Recycling; WARR Workplace of the year and; Leader of the Year – sponsored by Daimler.
Nominations close 23 August 2022. Winners will be announced at a gala awards night in Melbourne on 26 October.
