The 2019-20 Recycling Activity Survey for South Australia will be released on 1 September.
The survey will provide a snapshot of recycling habits and helps monitor performance against targets in the state’s Waste Strategy 2020-25.
Data collected from hundreds of South Australian businesses involved in collecting waste material for recycling helps shape government response to challenges and opportunities within the sector.
Dr Ian Overton, recently appointed Chief Executive of Green Industries SA, will release the survey at a Waste Management and Resource Recovery of Association of Australia (WMRR) SA branch event.
The event is at Adelaide Pavilion, Veale Gardens, from 7.15am-9.30am (ACST). Cost is $60 WMRR members, $90 non-members.
