SUEZ Launches New ‘Resource Revolution’ Platform

SUEZ open_resource magazine cover
The new ‘open_resource magazine‘ and its online platform is dedicated to promoting thought leadership on the circular economy.

Launched last week, the magazine will be published every six months and sent to SUEZ clients around its territories, as well as been made available digitally for open access. It is supported by an online platform and forum to stimulate debate and fresh thinking on facilitating an effective circular economy.

Explaining the impetus for the new publication, the introductory statement on the open_resource website says: “The world is growing and will soon have 9 billion inhabitants. So it is essential, right now, that we adopt a radically new approach, based upon the circular management of our increasingly scarce natural resources.

“SUEZ is convinced that innovation, collaboration between players and collective intelligence, are the driving forces behind this change. With this magazine, SUEZ aims to promote the great ideas and solutions proposed by all those who are imagining and conceiving the future of our resources.”

The first issue includes an article from the SUEZ CEO, Jean-Louis Chaussade, who gives his point of view on the link between climate change and food security. It also includes profiles of eight projects that aim to mitigate the effects of climate change.

The launch issue of open_resource magazine is available online at www.ready-for-the-resource-revolution.com/en/.
