The Waste Contractors & Recyclers Association of NSW (WCRA) has released the full program for its 2026 Industry Conference, with registrations now open for the two-day event in the Hunter Valley.
Taking place from 18–19 June 2026 at Rydges Hunter Valley, the conference will bring together regulators, industry leaders and operators for a focused program addressing key issues across waste, recycling and the circular economy in New South Wales.
The agenda outlines a series of practical sessions designed to reflect current industry priorities, including regulatory developments, procurement challenges, infrastructure needs and emerging risks. A strong emphasis will also be placed on safety and operational pressures, with dedicated discussion on fire risk and other critical sector concerns.
The conference is intended to go beyond a standard industry gathering, providing attendees with direct access to decision-makers and an opportunity to stay across rapidly evolving policy and operational landscapes.
